When editing CSS in the Edit Code section of an element, any comments made in the code don't save.
This can be frustrating when you've got large or complex CSS files that could benefit from documentation.

Instead of having a modal pop up window for editing custom code, you should open a terminal window/panel at the bottom of the editor so edit code and save so it can be saved/checked without having to go back and forth between open custom code modal, save, check if it looks good, repeat.

Hi Eric, I agree with you at this point. Your request has been noted to our backlogs, will definitely keep you in loop.

Hi Ben,
Thank you so much for the explanation!
After testing carefully, it turns out that the comment will be removed if it's on one line but not in two.
Kindly have a look on the video below for reference and let me know how it goes on your end.

Hi Steve,
Thanks for getting back to me. I had a look at using multi-line comments, and it seems that they work alright for commenting out lines of code, but in terms of documentation they still continue to compress the comments - almost like they're being trimmed out and deleted with each save... see attached video:

Hi Ben,
Could you help me have a better understanding the situation when you can't add commends with CSS code? by recording with Loom.
Thank you so much!
Ben Clark
