Bring Back Fixed Mode for Hero Banners

PLEASE bring back "Fixed Mode" for Hero Banners in v7. There has to be an easy way to have hero banners show the FULL image. This was one click in v6. It's a nightmare in v7. Such a useful feature to have for when you want to ensure the entire image displays.
