Change Icon List Settings For All Children

Ability to change colour, font, spacing, etc. for all children in an Icon List at the same time.
There are probably a couple other controls that could benefit from being able to update all children elements to have the same formatting.

Not only for Icon List but several more elements also need to have a better way to change the format all at once.
