Give the Collections Toolbar more filter options. Currently, Tags are the only option to filter for users. This is very limiting. A good start would be to tie the filter function with the default Shopify Collection and Search Filter feature. I believe this is connected to the Shopify Search & Discovery app. Many themes of the Shopify Themes integrate with this feature.

Hey Ray, it's Charles!
I totally agree that collection filters should be more flexible than just tags. I once owned an online retail business, and I found it frustrating for customers when they couldn't filter by price, brand, or other product features.
Even though GemPages and Shopify don't support rich filters at the moment, you can still make things easier for customers by using the 'Boost Product Filter & Search' app with GemPages. Here's the filter app on Shopify: apps.shopify.com/product-filter-search. In my experience using it, I saw a better conversion rate within a week. More important, my customers love it, especially the search suggestions feature.
Let me know if you need more help, Ray. Have a great day, talk to you soon!

Hi Charles,
Thanks for the recommendations. The GemPages team has already recommended these apps. My preference would have been to stick with GemPages for Collections because of the page customization benefits rather than adding another app. I think GemPages is the best page building app out there and it would have been great to keep everything under one roof.
