Sometimes I need to adjust the margins and padding and then align other elements manually to the same area, itd be helpful to have guidelines like in photoshop that i could drag in to make sure everything is lined up symmetrically

Spacing is used ALL the time. Having to click 3 times (object->design->spacing) to get to spacing for EVERY object wastes massive amounts of time. I just worked on 4 product page and it took me 2 days and thousands of spacing clicks - thousands. There has to be a better way! Either put spacing in the setting pane as well or at least make it so that the spacing setting is sticky (see how beaverbuilder does it)

Especially useful when changing many pictures quickly on a page, it would be great if images could upload in the background even when you click off the element. At the moment, if you click off an element the image upload process stops.

Actually you wont get this issues in V7, so feel free to give it a try!

Thank you for your suggestions. We have just released the Editor V7 with a lots of improvements so now
* You can change spacing right for your design area
* Its more straightforward to update pricing right from the left sidebar settings.
If you are using editor V6, you can request the support team to upgrade it to V7 for you.

Thank you, Steve. We've noticed this issue and also had a plan for it. You'll see a usability improvement for spacing settings in the following releases.
