Improve Mobile View

It looks like the mobile view is not working correctly. Most of the times the ratios are looking great but it seems like after publishing, headings, row's and images change there ratios. Somehow the row's, headings and images always look different if you compare live view on mobile and mobile view on pc. Could we perhaps set up a mobile view for specific mobile devices in the future?
