Sticky row- visible and invisible-easy to set

Please make sticky row feature in such a way that's is super easy to set its's visibility and invisibility as and when customer scrolls down or upwards. For example, sticky row should disappear whenever main ATC button is visible and should appear whenever the main ATC isn't visible. Also, if I am using 3rd party app like volume quantity discount then also sticky row shouldn't appear. And it should appear again whenever volume discounts & main ATC button aren't visible.

I would like to thank you for your suggestion on improving GemPages' User Experience.

Currently, GemPages doesn't have such a flexible sticky row as you described on your post.
