Broken Link

I'm so sorry I missed the message I have been receiving, but I have been very busy with my mom with Dementia. I exchanged messages with Mona, and I would like to talk to her again about the declined application due to broken links. Could someone help me out with correcting the links . Do I suppose to sign out of my social media account, before filling out a new application? Is that what broken links meant, when I didn't sign out? Thank you so much! Michael Tate
