Feature request: Expandable text in scoller

Set up the number of columns to display, how many characters to display before the -more- button shows. Infinite left and right scroll. 3 elements; image, title, html or rich text. Need to be able to bold the text, add links or bullet points. I’m hard coding it now, but that means only a couple people can edit it and this would be on a dozen pages.
