Filter options on Collection Toolbar

The V7 Builder does not have the filter dropdown even though the preview image states it does. You can only use the Sort By feature. This is a major major flaw in the design system. Even the V6 model had an option to add a Filter By dropdown. This causes poor user experience. I may as well revert back to my V6 page, which actually has this feature.
