Stick the layer tree in a column

It’s easier to have the layer tree always opened, as in Figma or Webflow.
But we can’t do that with GemPages because it’s hidding the website designer when opened.

Having the Layer tree stick inside a left or right interface column would be much easier (with an ability to close it if needed).
