Why is there no option for changing for height?

Maybe I just do not see how to do it, then pls add it in “Element tips” (btw love this tips awesome idea). But if there is actually no such option - why? I feel like each row has a minimum height and if the content in it is smaller that that, there is no whay to nake row less high, so it takes as much hight just as the content is.
