GemPages - Builder Issue & limitation

I'm really having a hard time with this. Normally, I can complete a page quite quickly, but the current builder has too many limitations and frequent error pop-ups. It’s significantly affecting the project timeline, and the system doesn’t feel stable. I’ve had to reach out to Support repeatedly, which has delayed my progress even further.

If these issues continue, how can I guide my team to communicate this to the client? Maybe with something like:

"Apologies, but if you would like to proceed with building this page, please note that there are certain limitations with the current builder which may impact how the page can be structured or completed."
