I am writing to formally escalate a long-standing and unresolved issue regarding the Article List functionality in the Gempages Builder.
Despite last conversations the problem remains unfixed even after more than 24 hours (dated 16-June). Iβve repeatedly had to explain the same issue again and again to multiple support guys, which has resulted in the loss of valuable time and caused significant frustration.
This is not only inefficient but also unacceptable given the time-sensitive nature of my work. I have wasted hours trying to clarify the issue, yet it remains unresolved. This lack of resolution and accountability is extremely disappointing.
I now request that this issue be escalated to the highest level of technical or customer support management immediately. I expect timely and effective resolution, along with a clear explanation of why the issue has taken this long to address.
Please treat this with utmost urgency and respond with a resolution plan at the earliest.
